Principal's Message

Dear Parents,

With the imminent arrival of Swine Flu, I feel the need to communicate what we will
be doing at Westridge to minimize the spread of infection. If you have not already
discussed effective hand washing with your children, please do so. Most infections
are spread from touching surfaces that are infected and then touching the eyes or
mouth. Please spend time with your child in demonstrating effective hand washing.

If your child has a fever, do not send them to school. If they develop a fever at
school or become sick, we will isolate them until we can contact you. Please make
sure the school has current numbers to reach you. We will need someone to come get
your child. We cannot keep them at school when they are sick.

We appreciate your help and support in this matter. Please feel free to contact
